This month's selections come from Bordeaux France!
More specifically, the regions of Medoc and Graves on the Left Bank of the Garonne river.

Médoc

The Médoc is a famous wine region located on the left bank of the Gironde estuary in Bordeaux, France. It is known primarily for its red wines, particularly from prestigious appellations like Margaux, Pauillac, and Saint-Estèphe. These wines are typically made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and sometimes Petit Verdot.
Médoc reds are full-bodied, with firm tannins and great aging potential. They often display flavors of blackcurrants, cedar, to***co, and earthy notes.

Graves

Graves is located just south of Bordeaux, and is unique in that it produces both high-quality red and white wines. Its name derives from the gravelly soil that is ideal for viticulture. Pessac-Léognan, a sub-region of Graves, is especially renowned for its prestigious wines.

Graves reds are typically blends of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, much like those of Médoc, but they tend to be slightly softer, with elegant tannins and flavors of dark fruit, to***co, and minerals.

Graves produces both dry and sweet whites. Dry whites are often blends of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, offering citrus, tropical fruit, and mineral notes with good acidity. The region is also known for producing exceptional sweet white wines, particularly in Sauternes, characterized by rich, honeyed flavors and botrytis-affected grapes

This month's set features Two wines from Graves producer Chateau Carbon d'Artigues. A Sauv Blanc/Semillon blend and a red made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
Also there is a red from Medoc. A Cabernet/Merlot blend from Cailloux de By.

This month's selections come from Mendoza Argentina!
More specifically, the Uco Valley region of Mendoza. The Uco Valley in Mendoza, Argentina, is a premier wine-producing region known for its high-altitude vineyards, diverse soils, and ideal climate. Vineyards range from 900 to 1,500 meters above sea level, providing cooler temperatures that enhance grape complexity. The valley’s climate features warm days and cool nights, allowing for a balance of acidity and ripeness, resulting in wines with vibrant flavors and structure. The well-drained soils yield high-quality grapes with concentrated flavors, particularly Malbec, for which the region is renowned. Additionally, varieties like Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon Blanc also thrive, making Uco Valley a leader in premium wine production.

This month's set features organic wines from Domaine Bousquet and
a red blend made by world renowned Winemaker Michel Roland for Clos de Los Siete!
