I love this time of year! All the beautiful (and tasty flowers)! It was tempting to add food coloring to make it a pretty purple but I’m sure all with appreciate having no fake additives. This is the natural color after infusing and cooking.

So many products that I make are seasonal such as this one made with spruce tips. One of my favorites for sure.

Beautiful day on the farm! This morning we discovered little bantam chicks hatched. Guinea eggs due to hatch June 6/7. If anybody is interested PM me. Herbs in the hot tub are growing great and the smell of the apples trees is intoxicating. Flowers are blooming. Woke to loons calling, birds chirping and hummingbirds at the feeders. Love, love country life! Hope everyone has a great weekend!!
