Thank you, Troy, for letting your friends know about us. Lots of new customers are asking about Heidelberg. Get it here. The bread is baked just a few miles from our warehouse, delivered to us, and then sent directly to Troy. As Heidelberg recommends, freeze your bread. It has no preservatives, so freezing helps it last longer.

We have flowers. Our flowers are great and affordable enough to buy for your family, friends, and even your enemies.

We have cold cuts in the fridge by the cashiers. Our deli person is slicing them extra thin.

We have these special nuggets that for 20 years customers have told us are the same as the ones from the famous place. We have even had former employees tell us they are the same. Air fry them with a light coating of spray oil and you can avoid the drive-thru line.

Cara Cara oranges. I love these oranges.

Raspberries. On a summer day like this, I love the tang they add to desserts.

I love Asian dumplings and potstickers. These plant-based ones are awesome.

We have ice cream sandwiches. We received a whole bunch.

Wholly Guacamole cups. These are awesome. I hate having guacamole turn brown. This lets me use one cup while keeping the others fresh. I feel like I’m winning when I get these.

Smithfield Bacon. Maple Black Pepper “THICK” bacon. When you are talking about bacon, “thick” or, as the kids say, “thicc,” is always good. I love this baked and then added to a burger.

Garlic and Black Pepper Wright’s Sausage. This is so great if you smoke it. Seriously, with some wood on a Weber, low and slow, it’s like Texas BBQ.

Straight from Hunts Point in Bronx, NYC. One of the biggest wholesale produce markets.

Southern peaches. Ready to be eaten, canned, or made into pies. Check comments for details.

Delicious blueberries. I was told these are great for the gut. Check comments for details.

When the weather warms up, it means watermelon season. Remember, look for a ground mark and a small stem mark. No need to bang on it. Check comments for details.

Over 40% savings.

That was the result when Spectrum News reporter Melissa Krull compared a basket of everyday grocery items that she purchased at Bargain Grocery against prices at national big box stores in the area during her live report at 5 on Wednesday.

Melissa recently did a story on rising grocery costs and how families across our region are finding ways to save money. As part of the segment, she visited our store and put our prices to the test by shopping for everyday grocery items.

Her total came to $28.73. She then compared the same items to national big box stores in the area and found the total would have been $51.

Melissa shared how surprised she was by the difference in price and by how much customers can save on everyday essentials at Bargain Grocery.

Amish farmer hanging flowers. These are grown and brought locally from the farm to the store. These are not trucked in or left sitting in a truck. They are from Central NY and grown by an Amish farmer. Because of this, they are bigger and last a lot longer than the big box store flowers.

We have Poland Spring water. Get them right now because these are hot. Customers started buying them right off the jack pallet.

Lesser Evil Popcorn. I have been told by our customers this is the popcorn favored by the girlies. Easy to digest.

Customers cried today as they were walking out with Amish hanging flowers. They said they were having a hard time finding these anywhere else. Everywhere they went, they were more expensive and sold out. Thank you to our Amish farmer for sending these for our customers.

Thank you to Driscoll’s for the beautiful strawberries we get. They are the best, and they taste the best in the market.
