The Greenbank Pantry & Deli will be open regular hours today, Wed 7/3 (8am - 6:30pm... sandwiches 11-6).

Closing early tomorrow, Thurs 7/4 at 3pm for the holiday. (Open 8am-3pm... sandwiches 11-3)

Greenbank Store update: concrete slab foundation is poured, structural walls are going up! The new lumber you can see in the photos is helping strengthen the old building. New structural walls are getting tied to the original walls, essentially building a new structure inside the old one.

An important request to our community: kindly refrain from interrupting workers at the Greenbank Store. The construction crew doesn't have answers as to what type of business will be going into the building. Stopping to answer questions slows the progress of the project. We have kept the front doorway open which allows people to peek in as they walk by, and also allows nice natural light to come in for the workers. However, enough people walk inside and interrupt, that the crew is considering walling off the entry while they work. We will do our best to keep you updated on social media with as much information as we are willing to publicly share. Thank you so much to all of you who have been so supportive 💗. We recognize the excitement around the store re-opening, and we are doing our best to bring life back to the Greenbank Store soon. There's still a lot of work to do, so kindly help us continue this progress uninterrupted.

Greenbank Store update: If you have driven through Greenbank recently, you may have noticed the activity happening around the old store. Foundation work is under way! So far the floor has been pulled up (lots of the old floorboards are safely stored for future use), and the ground is being prepped for a concrete slab foundation. See photo captions for more details.

It has been a long journey to get to this point in the rehabilitation of our beloved building. While it is not a fast nor easy process, we are determined to restore the Greenbank Store to its full potential - starting with a solid foundation.

Today, Friday Oct 6th, is the last day of Dolce. Thank you so much for all of the support the last year and a half. We are closing the doors because it is time to focus on opening the old Greenbank Store! Foundation work is finally scheduled to start, and since opening the Greenbank Store is our ultimate goal, we need to dedicate our time to seeing that through. You will still find our cookies, tiramisu, drip coffee and morning pastries at the Pantry starting at 8am.

It has been so fun creating a cafe space for Greenbank, baking cakes, making espresso drinks, fomo pop-ups, and seeing friends gather over coffee. We are proud of what the Dolce team has done, and we look forward to the future. 💙

Greenbank Pantry & Deli is currently hiring! We are looking for someone experienced with food/wine/customer service, but also happy to train an enthusiastic individual new to this type of work.

In our little store there are many opportunities to gain knowledge or utilize your knowledge in cheese, charcuterie, sandwich art, wine, beer, retail and/or food/cooking in general. You will get to know our fun, quirky community of Greenbank and become familiar with our many regular customers as well as visitors from far and wide. It is a fast-paced environment that demands hard work, but there is much reward and satisfaction in providing quality food to happy customers.

Employees receive a discount on all store and menu items, as well as a shift meal. PTO after 1 year. All positions receive tips. Pay dependent on experience.
