✨ I ALWAYS use organic, unbleached, unenriched flour

✨ I only use butter and olive oil, NO SEED OILS EVER

✨ I NEVER use food dyes or colors

✨ I always use Organic Cane Sugar & Organic Brown Sugar

✨ I’m a home bakery operating under AR cottage law, and my home is PET FREE (pet free is not a requirement here)

✨ I list all ingredients and sub ingredients, so you know exactly what you’re getting (listing sub ingredients also is not a requirement here!)

✨ I take much consideration into my ingredient choices… ask me anything about my ingredients, process, etc.

✨ Everything is baked the day before or DAY OF the market! I want my customers receiving your baked goods as FRESH as possible!

✨ Anything labeled “sourdough” on my products were ONLY leavened with a HEALTHY natural sourdough starter and long fermented

…(not everything I make is “sourdough” where I don’t believe it to be the best method!)

✨ I’ll help you troubleshoot your own sourdough journey! My customers are my friends and sourdough is for anyone.
