🌿 Wellness Wednesday: Supporting Local Healing 🌿

At Rooted Heart Healing, we believe wellness comes in many beautiful forms. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—it can be found in quiet moments, nourishing herbs, compassionate conversation, and restorative Reiki.

This week we’d love to shine a light on a wonderful local small business and dear friend, Holler Witch. 💚 Their handcrafted herbal teas, tinctures, and botanical products are thoughtfully created in small batches in Greencastle Indiana, helping people reconnect with the healing gifts of nature.

We’re also excited to share that we have available a Herbal Wellness Tea from Holler Witch here at the studio! 🍵 We invite our clients to purchase a bag after a session and enjoy a warm cup at home after their Reiki session as another gentle way to relax, restore, and nourish both body and spirit.
