I've been receiving a lot of questions today about holding Crawfish to boil until Monday. I would encourage you all to please not do that. These Crawfish came out of the water on Thursday and they just aren't designed to live that long out of the water. If you are able, please boil them today or tomorrow. The longer you hold them, the more you will lose. We do everything that we can to deliver them fresh and lively, but they are subject to the elements. 

As the order form states, we invite and encourage you all to inspect your Crawfish when you pick them up, so we all have the opportunity to address any issues. Once they leave our hands, we can give you instructions, but we just simply cannot be responsible for loss after days.
