With Short Ribs on sale this week… I have to share this one because it’s just too good not to.

I’ve made this red wine braised short rib recipe THREE times now, and it has been incredible every single time 🤌
(Like… the kind of meal people talk about after they leave.)

And I know short ribs can feel a little intimidating... but honestly? They’re basically foolproof. Low, slow, and they turn out amazing. I check them about when they should be done...if they are falling off the bone and easy to get through with a fork, they are ready!

I use our **Ray’s Butcher Shoppe Cabernet** and the last couple times I tossed in frozen pearl onions for the final 45 minutes… highly recommend that move.

I serve it up with sautéed green beans and some toasted Italian bread to soak up all that sauce 👌

If you’ve been eyeing short ribs, this is your sign.
