Hello OFSM Family! We want to announce that after almost 50 years of business, we have officially closed in Dec. of 2022. Our Dad started this business many many years ago. He graduated from the famous A&T University. After graduating he started working at Bell South (now known as AT&T). He was very successful at the company, so much so that they started getting him to train others and would promote them but not our Dad. Our Dad sued them for racial discrimination and won the case. He then used that money to start Ocean Fresh Seafood Market. Many of you knew him for his smile as well as his huge heart to help those in the community. After he passed, our amazing mom, alongside their oldest daughter, carried on the torch. Our mom didn't hesitate to jump right in after his unexpected passing. She carried on the business with vigor and love, but now she decided it's time for retirement. We appreciate you all for your business and pray that God continues his blessings into this new season for our family! Thank you for your business!
