🌱 Where It All Began — Five Years Ago
It started with a freezer and a list. 📋❄️
No storefront. No signage. No fanfare. Just one freezer, a circle of friends and family, and a belief that good meat and good people could build something worth building. That first group — our Pilot Project Family 🫶🏾 — they were the test, the trust, and the proof of concept all at once.
They didn't just buy from us. They believed in us before there was anything impressive to believe in.
We have never forgotten where we came from, and we never will. 🙏

What began as a freezer grew into something we couldn't contain. 💪🏾🔥
Three years ago, we stepped out on faith and opened our storefront — several freezers, a counter, a sign on the door, and the unshakable conviction that this community deserved access to quality they could trust.
No venture capital firm funded that moment. No investor wrote that check.
