ContessaCakes is located in Baton Rouge, LA and serving surrounding areas. Orders are made through my website or via email and phone orders.Each gourmet cupcake is made custom to your order. Only fresh quality ingredients like local produce, gourmet chocolate, imported spices & coffees, and pure Mexican vanilla are used. Delivery is free of charge within certain areas. Shipping charges can apply,

or pick up arrangements can be made. I am available for cupcake decorating parties, children's parties, birthdays, tea parties, bachelorette parties, weddings or pretty much any other occasion you would like beautifully refined indulgent treats on site. Cupcake tiers, boxed, or party tray can also be catered.

I FINALLY baked something‼️ Since my additional vision loss I haven’t been able to bake… 🤔 like i can’t even remember how long it’s been. I have been craving 7up pound cake 🍋 and finally threw a couple loaves together with lime glaze 😋 It definitely hit the spot… moist flavorful and tangy. Great summer dessert 🍰 Now back to dieting Monday so I gave most away. Did I mention I’ve almost lost 30lbs 💁🏻‍♀️

🙌🏼 I was craving banana nut bread and had 🍌🍌🍌 in the freezer. The muffins tasted better than the bread. I prefer a 🍞 texture I can slice, toast, and slather with butter and this didn’t hold up too well 🤷🏻‍♀️ but satisfied my craving and hubs was happy 😋 I didn’t enjoy the crunchy pecans and mini chocolate chips too... I’ll keep tinkering with recipes

Breakfast at Tiffany’s blue inspired cupcakes for a dear friends bachelorette party last night. The gift is a wedding/bachelorette survival “cake” I made that has “necessities” with a saying on each. More to come later... still recovering 😂
