A great ribeye doesn’t need much. Just the right technique:

1️⃣ Season early: Pull your steak from the fridge about 30 minutes before grilling, pat it dry, and season generously with our Black Garlic Steak Crust.
2️⃣ Get the grill HOT: For the perfect sear, grill over direct high heat and let that crust develop.
3️⃣ Let it rest: After grilling, give your ribeye 3–5 minutes to rest before slicing so the juices stay locked in.
