Do you like mushrooms? Because we’re giving them their own day at the market! 🍄

This Sunday is Mushroom Day, and we’re especially excited about this one because our two mushroom vendors, Wildly Loved Mushrooms and I See Fungi, are teaming up to bring some extra fungi fun to Greer Farmers Market!

And of course, we’re starting with our POP Club kids!

🌱 POP Club Mushroom Grow Kits
Wildly Loved Mushrooms will be providing a FREE mini mushroom grow kit for our POP Club kids this week! It’s a fun way for kids to learn a little about growing food and take something home to watch grow.

And there will be plenty more mushroom fun throughout the market:

🍄 Wildly Loved Mushrooms + I See Fungi will both be out with fresh gourmet mushrooms, powders, extracts, and other mushroom goodies.

🥤 Kind Spore will have FREE samples of their functional mushroom-infused drink mixes!

✨ Sip & Sparkle will have the option to add Kind Spore’s functional mushroom blend to any of their drinks for Mushroom Day!

🍄 Jade Jungle is bringing extra mushroom crochet pieces, including mushrooms, dolls, keychains and more — plus lots of handmade goodies for anyone getting ready for the Renaissance Faire.

🏺 Acorn Stash will have mushroom-inspired pottery and garden art along with their other handmade pieces.

🐾 And our longtime market friend Judy’s Tail Waggin’ Treats will have her homemade treats, including her Lion’s Mane mushroom dog treats made with fresh mushrooms from Wildly Loved Mushrooms. She’s been making these as part of her regular lineup for quite a while, and they’re a fun way to give your pups a little mushroom love too! She’ll also have her cat treats!!

Plus, don’t forget about FREE yoga with Sikorski Yoga at 11:30 AM! Our first session last Sunday went so well, and we’d love to keep seeing you out there every week through October 4. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle, and refill it at our ice-cold water station across from the GFM booth.

And if you have a mushroom shirt, hat, earrings, socks, bag... this is the week to wear it. We want to see them!

🏀 POP Club Sports Day is THIS Sunday! ⚽️

📅 September 6 | 11 AM–2 PM | Greer City Park

We’re kicking off September with a fun one! Prisma Health Performance Center will be back at the market with sports balls and activities for the kids to get out and play. We’re so excited to have them join us again and share more about their new sports and community center coming to Greer in 2027!

🏰 Plus, bounce houses are still here every Sunday thanks to Greer Event Rentals!

💵 POP Club: FREE $5 produce vouchers for the first 50 kids. These have been going FAST, so come early and let your kids pick out some fresh, local produce! We’ve also got some fun POP Club activities coming up, so stay tuned.

🧘 NEW! Yoga in the Park starts this Sunday at 11:30 AM! Join us every Sunday through October 4 thanks to Sikorski Yoga. It’s FREE — just bring a yoga mat and water bottle! We’ll have our ice-cold water station ready for refills, too.

🌱 And we’re not done yet! We’ve extended our core season through October 4, with a new theme every Sunday. Save these dates and come spend your fall Sundays with us!
