Stone Circle Cider

At Stone Circle Cider, we love everything about cider — its simplicity, its tradition, its drinkability and, most of all, the diverse array of complex and beautiful flavors it affords those that get their hands on the best stuff. In pursuit of this passion, we produce a line of English style farmhouse ciders that appeal to all levels of cider drinkers. In 2026 we are adding a line of apple cider vinegars to our offerings at farmers markets. All of our cider and vinegar is made on our family farm, a beautiful property about 25 miles southeast of Portland in Estacada, Oregon.

I grew up working with the Stamper family and ever since I’ve lived in Oregon I have always wanted to bring a unique experience to the people around me by sharing a piece of my childhood. Our goal is to sell our cheeses only at farmers markets to sustain our creamery with no sales to stores or distributors. Once we decided to start selling our cheese in Oregon, we wanted to tie it in with local ingredients so we started sourcing many of our “added” ingredients such as horseradish, basil, dill and chipotle from farms here in Oregon. We also soak, smoke and age many of our cheeses locally.
