Founded in 1967, Grazelen Farm is a four-generation, family-owned farm nestled in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley.

We proudly offer premium beef and pork, along with farm-fresh eggs and seasonal vegetables grown right here on our farm.

The girls earned themselves a little treat today!

The vet stopped by to pregnancy check the fall herd, and after being good for the vet, the girls got a well-deserved snack! 🍪

Pregnancy checking is an important part of getting the herd ready for the next calving season, and we’re excited to see what the fall herd has in store for us!

A little vet work followed by a little treat — sounds like a pretty good day to us!

🌽You know summertime is winding down when the chopper comes out!🚜

The chopper is rolling, and that means we’re officially starting to prepare for the colder months ahead. ❄️ The chopped corn will be stored as silage, giving our cattle a nutritious feed source to enjoy throughout the winter when fresh pasture isn’t available. 🐄❤️

🐥🌱 Look who’s growing up! 🌱🐥

Our meat chickens are getting bigger by the day! 💪 They’ve officially graduated from the baby brooder and moved into their larger on-grass brooder where they have more room to stretch their legs and enjoy some fresh air and sunshine. ☀️🌿

It won’t be long before they make their next big move — out to the big coop and grass! 🐔🏡

It’s always fun watching these little chicks grow and seeing them go from tiny fluffballs to full-grown chickens! 🐥➡️🐔

Maggie Moo is getting some regular care today! She’s in the head chute so we can take a closer look at her hooves and make sure everything looks good. 🐮
