We’re excited to offer a rare opportunity to enjoy wild California King salmon—renowned for its rich flavor, vibrant color, and exceptional quality. With California’s king salmon season having been closed in recent years due to low stock levels, availability like this has been incredibly limited. While it comes at a premium, this is a true delicacy—proof that when it comes to quality, it doesn’t come cheap. Sides are approximately three pounds each.
