We're wrapping up our small business series with our friends at Fresh Market: Meat & Produce!

Claudia Moreno is originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, and has called the city of Gurdon, AR, home for 20 years. About 10 years ago, the town’s main grocery store closed down, which left her family and her neighbors without a place to buy fresh groceries. Claudia and her husband set out to fill this void. In October 2014, they opened the doors of Fresh Market: Meat & Produce, providing good, local food for their community.
