Brookside mini-farm

Brookside mini-farm Opens July st thu August 31. Salad greens grown in town in Hague, NY. Pick your own salad greens. Opening July 2nd for the season until August 30th.

Thursday through Sunday 10am - 4pm. Pick your own salad greens and herbs (see our menu for the garden plantings this season) take home to dress or take home one of our salads in a jar. Salads in a jar have dressing at the bottom, crunchy veggies next, tender greens then toppings. Dump onto a plate, toss and wa-laa! This year we are adding homemade breads and treats baked daily.
