This Wednesday! Brisket is back. Sell-out alert for this one. Everyone loves slow-smoked Beef Brisket, and for good reason. This is the longest cook in BBQ that produces the most tender, delicious cuts of meat.

We’ll be serving from 4:30-7pm. Offering take-out or dine-in, and served with our famous BBQ Baked Beans and a fresh Garden Salad. Dessert option is a Chocolate Oreo Cream Cake. So good!

We’re smoking Ribs this week for Supper Club! These slow cooked delicious morsels will be served with our creamy Mac & Cheese and a green salad. Come join us Wednesday, May 27 from 4:30 to 7 pm for “No Cook Wednesdays”. Take out or dine in available with beer and wine options as well. We’re bringing back a crowd favorite this week. Slow-smoked meatloaf! This tasty beef concoction is leveled up with spices and a sweet, tangy BBQ sauce. Served with creamy mashed potatoes and gravy (of course!) and sautéed mixed veggies. This is comfort food at its finest.

This Wednesday (5/6/26) we’ll be serving up a delicious crowd favorite! Slooooww-smoked Pork Shoulder pulled apart and braised in a tangy BBQ sauce and offered up on a toasted Potato Bun with homemade Coleslaw. Sides will consist of roasted Corn on the Cob and scratch-made Potato Salad. 😋
