We're hiring! We need a new person to sell our organic rice, almonds and mandarins at the Davis Farmers Market every Saturday. If you are looking for a part time gig, please DM us!

Basic job details: Drive our vehicle with product from Hamilton City to Davis every Saturday. Arrival time in Davis is 630am, so you have to leave HC/Chico by 5am. Work the market from 8-1, then drive back to the farm and unload the van. It's typically a 9-10 hour day. Pay is $18-$20 DOE.

Want to work two days a week? We could also do a market in Sacramento on Sunday.

Here’s a beautiful twelve-spotted skimmer dragonfly we saw hunting around the rice fields today. It appeared to actually be eating a smaller dragonfly of a different species. This is a male, because it has the white wing spots which females lack.
