Comte; a French classic and delightful alpine style cheese made in the Jura region of France, a firm paste with medium intensity that is perfect for everything from cheeseboards to sandwiches… (or just eating in the car😅)

Fromager d’Affinois double créme;
A perfectly creamy brie with bloomy rind and balanced flavor… a top cheese at Seppi’s for 5 years! Pairs well with fresh apples, (figs in any form) and of course w**e… 🍷

Georgian Blue Stilton;
A wonderfully crumbly & creamy blue cheese from England… the perfect cheese for crumbling on your salad, also good for cheeseboards, with port w**e, or just as an appetizer by itself drizzled with local honey, table grapes 🍇 and walnuts!
