~Ingredients~
32 oz frozen whole kernel corn or canned
2 cups red and green bell peppers chopped
1 cup onion chopped
1 TBSP butter
¼ tsp black pepper
10.75 oz can condensed cream of celery soup
8 oz tub cream cheese with chives
¼ cup milk

SUMMER CORN SALAD 🌽
Salad:
4 ears corn on the cob
1 English cucumber
1¼ cup cherry tomatoes
¼ cup + 2 tbsp red onion
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Dressing:
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
