Brown’s Family Farm Market is open from late April through October 31 every year, 7 days a week. Our spring focus is on bedding plants, specialty annuals, perennials, and vegetable plants. With over 12,000 square feet of greenhouse space behind the farm market, we are able to offer you a great selection, locally grown, at reasonable prices. In the summer we transition to a produce farm market. Far

m fresh produce are what the Browns are known for. At our farm in Ross we grow sweet corn, beans, tomatoes, watermelon, cantaloupe, peppers, cabbage and much more. Our sweet corn is a local favorite; we hand pick and sell thousands of dozens each year. Inside the market we also carry Amish canned goods, baked goods, salad dressings, and other snacks. The fall brings a rainbow of color and a large selection to meet your fall decorating needs. We grow our own corn stalk bundles, Indian corn, squash, assorted gourds, mums, and of course, pumpkins in all shapes and sizes. School groups attend educational sessions during the week, and the Browns welcome private parties on the weekends. Please call in advance to make your educational session reservation. We have a wonderful family friendly pumpkin patch with many free activities. Brown’s fall family activities include a pick your own pumpkin patch, hayrides, a corn maze, straw maze, farm animals, picnic area, play village, farm displays, and lots of photo opportunities. We would love to have you visit and see what we have to offer at the farm, or just stop in and say “howdy”!

NOBODY PANIC!!! But the adorable cow planters just arrived in time for the Mother’s Day Weekend!! Ok, maybe you should panic a little, because they generally sell out in 24 hours.
I’m sorry but we cannot hold items. Send your husband, send your kids, send your cousin once removed. It doesn’t matter who you send, just send someone to get one for you!!

After a delightfully warm April, who would have thought the first week of May would give us so much trouble 😂 We’ve been hustling around here to try and get all of our beautiful displays built and looking their best for this weekend. This Friday and Saturday (5/8-5/9) we have extended our shopping hours 9a-7p. Sunday 5/10 Mothers Day, we will be open regular hours of 9a-6p.
