We got the stuff in late this year but we have done great with making it up. We will have lots of different flavors for sausage next year. We have tried the snack sticks an finally got the hang of it an how long to cook them for. So next year we will be fully set up for all these operations. Thank you again to our amazing customers an the great feed back. We greatly appreciate it.

We want to give our customers a heads up next weekend we will be closed Friday to Monday as we are going to the southern tier hunting to get some deer as well. As soon as we are back we will update everyone. If anyone needs to hang one in the cooler while we are gone just shoot us a message an we will be more than glad to let you. We have some exciting news. We got our stuffer in an seasonings to try out. We will be making up sausage an sticks. So if we have them on hand when you stop by we will gladly let anyone sample them an give us feed back so we can know what is good to use an what isn’t. Then we will be more set up an prepared for next year….

So we are looking into expanding our business on what we do besides traditional cut. We were going to do it this year but with some unexpected health issues we had to put it on hold. So we are looking into getting equipment to do sausage an snack sticks next year. It will be a trial and error process with recipes but we are going to give it a shot. We appreciate all our customers an your business. Happy Hunting An keep an eye out for our updates on new things to come. 🦌🦌🦌

With warm temperatures again this weekend remember we have a walk in cooler an don’t mind storing your deer so it doesn’t go bad. We don’t have to process it for you , if you just need to use the cooler we will gladly let you for 20 bucks. We hate to see any deer go to waste. We have already had two we had to turn away bc they were bad.

We would like to take a moment an thank all of our customers new an old this year. You all have made it a great success. As the season comes to an end an we get ready to close up we want each an everyone of you to keep an eye out for updates as we will be adding new equipment an some new items to the list for next year.
