Some wonderful memories on our last day at Pittman's Market! It has been a pleasure to serve the community for 72 years. Over the years we have met and employed thousands of wonderful people, and have donated to/ supported so many local causes. You can not begin to understand the amount of blood, sweat, and tears that have gone into this place over three generations. This was our second home and a place we as a family took an immense amount of pride in. It was a bittersweet day for us as Bud & Betty's first customer at the old store, Fred Vantz Jr., was our last customer yesterday. And as we boxed everything up and said see you later to our crew, many who are like family. It has been so humbling to hear so many kind words and receive hugs from so many of our loyal customers, we will miss you as much as you miss us! THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us over the years and has wished us kind words! Crazy to think that the old pictures you see were taken right around the same time 31 years ago when the doors opened at our Pennsylvania Ave. location. Amazing end to an era!
