switching gears (a bit) for summer 🪏 while we will still have meat for sale, we hope to also be able to offer vegetables as well!

🥬 romaine and red lettuce is growing fast as we speak and will be available for purchase beginning on Monday!
🌽 corn, lord willing, will be available beginning around July!
🍅 tomatoes are growing!
🫘 green beans are also growing!

We’re also growing 🥔 potatoes, 🍉 melons, 🥬 cabbage, zucchini, 🍆egg plant, spaghetti squash, 🥒 cucumbers, 🥕carrots, and 🫑peppers🌶️, all, lord willing, will be available throughout the summer into fall.

Keep us in mind this grilling season, not only for your steaks, burgers, chicken, and sausages, but for vegetables as well!

Many of us love convenience; we’re all busy with kids, work, etc. Imagine being able to shop your freezer for your nightly dinner!

To me, this is the most convenient. I know I am feeding my children locally raised, high quality protein that they enjoy; no grocery store additives necessary.

This morning, we continued planting our garden, filling in our gaps with plants from Lehigh's Greenhouse.

This afternoon we picked delicious strawberries from Baugher's Orchards & Farm in Westminster.

Support local when you can, whether it’s buying your meat from us, buying produce directly from the farm, or purchasing from the greenhouses to beautify your space!

This custom cut half a hog includes:
🥓 36 pork chops (9 packs total)
🥓1 pork roast
🥓1 rack of ribs
🥓2 ham end roast
🥓9 ham steaks
🥓9 packs of bacon (.75-1 pound/pack)
🥓16 pounds of sausage
🥓6 packs of scrapple
Total weight of this half of hog is 75 pounds (the whole hog’s live weight was 275 lbs)

The great thing about ordering from a custom butcher is that you can customize how you want your hog cut!

While we can’t make more bacon out of trimmings, we can swap your pork chops out for Canadian bacon.

Want more pork roasts for your smoker? Cut the loin into roasts instead of chops.

More sausage over ham - let us grind it and make sausage instead. We also make SIX different types of sausage (breakfast, apple, pepper and onion, Italian, southern, sage) packaged in FOUR different ways (rope, loose, breakfast links, grillers).

You can also get your fat back for lard or bones back for soup. Just ask!

3 years ago Glen was in the hospital, waiting (impatiently but trying to be patient) for the news he was getting a new heart. On this day, he received it. It was a long 2 1/2 months of waiting and a 5 hour surgery with a month of in-patient recovery.

Today, as many of you know, he is back to doing all the things, from farming to butchering to coaching 3 sports to cheering from the sidelines to going on fabulous trips with his wife. He is a man of faith and never lost that faith, only grew in it, during this trialing time. We, his family, praise Jesus every day for the amazing gift of organ donation and the education and skills of doctors at Johns Hopkins Hospital for saving Glen’s life!

Help us celebrate Glen today and this amazing accomplishment! 🎉❤️

-A father/daughter duo. They are the business. When you call or text, one of them is answering. They process your order from start to finish. When we say we’re a small business, we mean it!

Location?
-2044 Baltimore Pike
Hanover, PA 17331
**we do NOT sit along the pike but our sign does, right before JLS Auto Repair and West Manheim Elementary; our farm is 1/4 mile off the main road down a stone driveway.

Hours?
-Hours listed can vary! We have listed our most common opening hours, but things happen when there are only 2 people running the show. As a family business, we put our family first, so sudden closings or changes in hours can happen. We suggest calling or texting before coming, especially during the summer.

Pricing?
-We understand the importance of knowing the prices, but unfortunately we cannot list them due to changes in the market (which can fluctuate daily!). So to keep confusion to a minimum, we ask you reach out to us via call, text, or messenger so that we can give you the most accurate prices for what you are looking for.

What do you offer?
-Custom cuts of beef, pork, lamb, chicken, turkey
-Deer & Wild game processing
-Meat bundles (a smaller combo of the meats listed above for those with smaller freezers, wanting to try our products, etc)
-Holiday meats (turkey, smoked hams, prime rib)
