🧺 What We’ve Got:

✅ Zucchini – fresh and tender, perfect for grilling or bread
✅ Mennonite Tomatoes – ripe, juicy, and flavorful
✅ Anise & Lemon Basil Cuttings – sweet or citrusy, amazing in fresh salads
✅ Onion Scapes – mild and garlicky, great sautéed, dried, or scrambled

ALSO OFFERING: Squash flowers, we’re cutting back our plants if anyone is interested in trying some to cook up—send us a message or comment below!

📍Available at the Stand, St. Charles and O’Fallon Markets—if we’re not sold out! 💗☺️

👩‍🌾 Onion scapes were in the same box as the lemon basil (a first time harvest oops on our part), will be by request this first round (as disclaimer for cross contamination for allergies) and until we move the fridge to the stand. If anyone is looking to work a few hours a week, send us a DM!

It’s just the beginning and we’re so excited to share it with you. Herbs and butterflies are the beautiful thanks of the companion planting we’ve got in action! 😉

Happy Sunday, everyone!
This post was supposed to go out on Mother’s Day and never ended up scheduled.

We reduced the price on our flowers and certain things on the shelf inside with updated boards reflecting that! We also have a work number now that you can call or text.

Josh is at the O’Fallon Market from 9-1 today! He’s got fresh strawberries and flowers ready to find good homes.
Have a great week.

Plant Spotlight!

Calibrachoas—those cheerful little “Million Bells”—are perfect for our long summers in Hardin. They’re tough, colorful, and a great pick for porch pots, baskets, or tucked in with your veggies to attract pollinators.

Here’s how to keep them happy:
• Sun: 6+ hours of sun a day. Morning sun is best!
• Water: Let the top inch of soil dry out before watering. They hate soggy roots.
• Feed: Use a liquid bloom booster every 1–2 weeks.
• No need to deadhead—they clean themselves!

Want more plants?!
You can propagate calibrachoas:
• Snip a 4–6” healthy stem (no flowers), remove lower leaves.
• Dip in rooting hormone (optional), and stick in damp potting mix.
• Keep warm and humid (a clear plastic cover helps) until rooted—about 2–3 weeks.

Saving Seeds?
These are often hybrids, so seeds won’t always grow true. But you can try:
• Let a few flowers dry on the plant.
• Collect tiny seeds from the pods, dry, and store in a cool, dry spot.
• Just know the babies might surprise you next year!

Let us know if you’re trying your hand at propagating—we’d love to see pictures!
