Hello everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. We had a nice break for the holiday. But we have been back at it, steady. We will be gone tomorrow Monday the 29th. Our space is limited for whole animals. If you harvest something give me a call and we can make a plan. Hope everyone has HAPPY New Year!

Goodmorning! We are all wrapped up with general season critters. 😍
We can also take any clean and boneless trim to grind for you to either make burger or our fresh sausage. Give us a call!
We are ready for any shoulder season animals too! . With these colder temperatures it is important to not let your animals freeze quickly as it freezes heat inside and they can spoil that way as well. Good evening! What a season it has been. We hope to be wrapping up most of the general season critters by this weekend!
We will be accepting animals from the shoulder season and muzzel loader season. I will also take in any clean and boneless trim for grinding.
Once again I can't say it enough, thank you, thank you for keeping this little meat shop going for the last 16 years. It is my honor to take make food for all of you! As always friends, Stay Safe and HAPPY HUNTING!
