Tonight’s dinner for me and the kids: the TikTok viral Dumpling Bake 🥟🔥🤤

And listen… that sauce?? Absolutely crazy 😮‍🔥

I made it with chicken, beef, and veggie dumplings—and every single one hit. No misses.

The sauce was simple but packed with flavor:

1 can of coconut milk
3 tbsp of gochujang
2 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tsp ginger
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp. Fish sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp. Sesame oil
2 cups of Bok Choy leaves 🥬
12-14 dumplings

Combine all ingredients and pour it into a baking pan. Add the chopped Bok Choy - I also added a lime leaf to give it a light citrus note….took it all the way up🔥 Place dumplings on top of bok choy and drizzle with more sauce, cover with foil, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. When finished top with green onions and chili oil🙂‍↔️

Creamy, spicy, savory… this one’s staying in rotation 😌🍽️

Being a matriarch isn’t just about being the head of the family—it’s about being the heart. It’s holding generations in your spirit, leading with love, wisdom, and strength, even on the days it feels heavy. It’s creating a foundation your children can stand on, while giving them the freedom to become who they’re destined to be. It’s legacy. It’s sacrifice. It’s unconditional love in its purest form.

To My Children,

I love you with all of me.
Each of you is an answered prayer— I asked from God long before you arrived.

I may be “Mom,” and in that sense I am—because I birthed you.
But my greatest responsibility is to teach you, guide you, and walk beside you as you grow into who you are meant to be.

I love you unconditionally.
Sometimes that love looks like tough love.
Sometimes it’s soft love.
And sometimes it’s everything in between.
But it is always what you need in that moment, for your highest good.

I want you to know that I love you
always and forever. 😘😘😘

✨ Exciting News! ✨

Yesterday I had the pleasure of joining on his Elements of Inspiration podcast. 🙌🏾

This conversation was an “up close” moment where I got to share my journey as a chef, the passion behind my work, and also my path in earning my doctorate in metaphysical science. 🌱🔥✨

Brother Marcus made the space feel so comfortable—it truly was a “get to know me” kind of interview. If you’ve ever wondered about my story, the paths I’ve taken, and the heart behind what I do, this episode is a great place to start.

Gatorade Hot Dog recap and key points
-Soak the hot dogs for 15 minutes before cooking them if you want a deeper blue color
-Use 1 bottle of Gatorade for every 3-4 hot dogs
-Beef hot dogs don’t taste as bad compared to chicken and turkey hot dogs- which absorbs and takes on the flavor of the Gatorade
Final Note: Gatorade hot dogs are nasty. I would only make these on a game night if we had a hot dog eating contest 😅
