Schmidt's has been serving Steelton, PA our signature hand made German-Hungarian sausage since 1961. Henry Schmidt's original recipe was built on quality ingredients, robust flavor and the tradition and is still used to this day. Some of our quality products include fresh and smoked sausages, salamis, bacon, sauerkraut and pigs in a blanket. It’s been over 50 years since Henry Schmidt made his fir

Schmidt’s Sausage soon became famous for delectable fresh and smoked meat products. Today, Henry’s grandsons Doug and Don Jorich, proudly carry on their tradition of quality.
