Mimi's Canning Company We are a small family business that operates out of Hart, MI. Our products include Pickled Asparagus and Pickled Asparagus Relish.

The best part is, aside from the taste, all of our asparagus is grown locally at Dennert Farms!

Lucy says, ”RUN! Don’t walk, to Up North Farm Market!” They have officially received the remainder of my stock.

It is very bitter sweet to share that after 7 years, I have decided to close the kitchen as my family continues to grow. It was one of the hardest decisions I have ever made, as I will no longer be canning Mimi’s products for purchase.

I will continue to fill my home kicthen with asparagus and pass on the canning to my children. Which means, for those of you that know me, I promise to forever bring pickled asparagus in some way as my dish to pass 🙃

We had another great year at the National Asparagus Festival of Oceana County, MI. We sold over 350 pounds of fresh asparagus, over 150 Mimi’s products, and even took home an award for the Taste of Asparagus. Can’t wait until next year 🤗
