We’re hiring! (But we’re skipping the awkward job interview part) ✨

As we get ready to open our new Stella’s Sip Bar drive thru, we’re looking for some wonderful people to join the Stella’s team!

Instead of starting with traditional sit-down interviews, we’re hosting a casual Hiring Open House + Game Night on September 23 from 5–7 PM at 213 E Main Street in Hart.

Come grab some refreshments, hang out, chat with us, and play a board game if you’d like. We want to get to know you, and we'd like for you to get to know us too. All are welcome! If you’ve ever thought, “I’d love to work at Stella’s, but I don’t have coffee experience,” this is your invitation to apply. We can teach you how to make a latte. We’re much more interested in meeting the person who’ll be standing behind the counter making it.

This event is intended for people who are seriously interested in working at Stella’s Coffee House or our new Sip Bar location. To attend, please RSVP by sending us either:

• A brief letter of introduction if you don’t have a resume yet — tell us a little about yourself, why you’re interested in Stella’s, and anything else you’d like us to know!
