It is a time of sadness and yet a time of joy and thankfulness. It is a time of Praising God knowing that Dan has finished his earthly life and is now residing in Heaven for eternity celebrating being with God and Jesus. His heart challenges and his failing body are no more.My heart is both filled with missing Dan and he has only been gone since shortly before 11pm last night and yet my mind is rejoicing that he has gone to his eternal rest and I will see him again when Heaven becomes my home someday. Dan and I had known each other for 53 years and been married for over 50 years. I am truly blessed with my loving and supportive family, friends and my great faith that will see me through this new chapter in my life. ❤️🙏🏻❤️🤟🏼✝️❤️

We are doing okay! Staying home as Margo is one of those people taking those drugs to prevent her kidney from being rejected as it’s not her own. Our son Kevin donated one of his kidneys to his mother as her kidneys had failed. God Bless Kevin! This May 1st it will have been 7 years since she got her transplant. Our whole family participates in the National Kidney walk every year at the Detroit Zoo to raise money for kidney research. This year the walk is May 17th. We invite everyone to participate in the walk. You can also make monetary donations in honor of Margo to the National Kidney Foundation. We thank everyone who has donated in the past years.
We miss all of our past customers who came to our farm and have become our friends. Our farm market and u-pick are still closed and all the fruit trees have been removed. Corn or soybeans are being planted now by someone else as we rented the farm land to a farmer friend.
