Vermont 4-H grand champion jersey, NH State open and 4-H grand champion jersey are part of our herd. Both are deep pedigreed cows from our farm with their genetics going back to our original cows purchased almost 30 years ago.

At Cobb Hill Cheese, we milk our herd of prize winning cows. The cows are pastured from May to October on fresh grass every 12 hours. Our cheese plant is next door to our milking parlor. We are lucky to be involved from calf to cow to cheese.
