25/26 deer season is upon us and we are thrilled for the opportunity to once again provide deer processing services to our amazing customers!

We anticipate launching a few new specialty items, although they are not on the menu yet. If you have any suggestions, please comment below. ⬇️

The 24/7 deer drop off cooler is operational and ready for use. Please keep in mind deer need to be field dressed before being placed in the 24/7 cooler.

These photos show the exceptional quality of Alabama-raised, grass-fed, grain-finished beef we just purchased—and the beef graded USDA Prime. 🥩 LOCALLY SOURCED BEEF THAT GRADE PRIME ARE VERY RARE.

We planned to stock one half of this beef in our retail cases, but we’re offering it to you instead as 4 equal shares cut under our premium case-ready cutting program.

We will be posting a video showing you all the cuts that you’ll recieve soon! In the meantime, if you’re interested in a share of this beef, please message us directly. We will be offering these shares on a first come, first serve basis.

ANNUAL HUNTERS MEATUP WITH THE SOUTHERN OUTDOORSMEN, WEAVER MEAT PROCESSING BIG BUCK CONTEST, AND BUCKMASTERS SCORING EVENT🚨🚨
SATURDAY FEBRUARY 22nd 2025 9:00AM-4:30PM

Hey friends! We’re a few weeks away from the annual hunters meatup and would love to see you there! The meatup is FREE to attend!
🌮 Free lunch will be served
☕️ The Farmhouse Coffee Co. will be present and serving their delicious beverages
💥 Meet The Southern Outdoorsmen! Come hang out with Jacob and Andrew of The Southern Outdoorsmen, as well as previous guests of The Southern Outdoorsmen podcast.
💥 Get your buck scored! Curious what your buck scores? Bring it to the meatup where Steve Lucas and other certified Buckmasters scorers will be doing the scoring! General scoring is FREE!! If you would like to enter your Buck into the record book there will be a $10 fee
💥 Big buck contest! If you’ve killed a buck in the state of Alabama, 24/25 season, bring it to the meatup and enter it into the contest!

🦌 Prize for highest scoring buck will be $1500
🦌 Prize for second place Buck will be $500
🦌 Prize for largest eight point will be $250
🦌 prize for largest women’s buck will be $250

🦌 the top 20 entries will be entered into a drawing for the opportunity to win a shooting house sponsored by Top Notch Buildings LLC. Additional prizes for the top 20 drawing will be announced as we get closer to meatup day.

ANY legal buck harvested in the state of AL during the 24/25 season is eligible for entry regardless of where you chose to get it processed.

Rules to the contest are as follows:

🦌On February 22nd 2025, Weaver Meat Processing and The Southern Outdoorsmen, will be hosting a hunters meatup event. Contestants must bring their entries to this event, where certified Buck Masters scorer, Steve Lucas and team, will be scoring all entries.
🦌 Buck must be present at event no later than 12:00PM for entry
🦌 Contestants must be present at event to win prizes
🦌Buck must be a legally harvested, free range whitetail, taken in the state of Alabama
🦌 Buck must be harvested during the 24/25 AL whitetail season
🦌 Contestant must produce an Alabama harvest confirmation number to WMP staff.

🚨 If your buck is currently at the taxidermist and you would like to enter it into the contest or simply get it scored, request the scull cap with antlers attached from the taxidermist. Your buck will be entered into the contest and scored with the scull cap/antlers attached. We recommend requesting the scull cap from your taxidermist asap if you plan on doing this.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Family friendly event and kids are welcome!

💥Kids hunt giveaway! North Alabama Outdoor Sportsmen will be giving away a FREE kids (age 6-18) two day one night hunting or fishing trip (your choice). Hunt will be during the Alabama youth season 2025, or fishing trip will be at a date tbd in the spring/summer 2025. Giveaway will be determined via drawing and winner must be present!

We will be re-opening on Wednesday, Jan 1st for accepting whole and cooler deer.

Hey Friends! We hate making this post, but unfortunately we cannot accept any deer drop offs for a few days.

Up to this point, we have received a record amount of deer.

We anticipate resuming acceptance of deer on Monday, Dec 30th.

We are so grateful to you our loyal customers for your support of Weaver Meat Processing!

Please help us get the word out to the hunting community.
