There’s been a lot of talk about mushrooms lately. Seems like the latest, greatest trend is mushroom “coffee”. Unlike most trends, Red Dirt Rooster is here here to stay!

Our mushrooms come from a few different sources.
🍄 When we are not growing or wildcrafting our own, we source from like minded growers such as our grower in Duncan OK, the Mushroo_Cowboy940 in Wichita Falls TX and occasionally from our friends in MN. That’s it! Local, clean and tasty!

Why are they so good?

We believe that how and when the mushrooms are grown, harvested and processed is the key to unlocking their subtle yet beneficial flavors. These mushrooms are grown with organic and regenerative practices in mind. Good clean nutrients for you and the environment.

Each mushroom is carefully harvested at the prime time for their medicinal use by professionals in their field.

Then, in small batches they are dried and powdered 🍄‍🟫 for the ease of dissolving in hot water.

What’s the chocolaty taste? 🍫

Along with an incredible amount of benefits, the shiitake mushrooms have a wonderful chocolate undertone that doesn’t overwhelm the entire drink but makes a great accent in our Red Diet Rooster. 🐓
