Hi everyone, really appreciate all the love. To answer some of your questions, unfortunately we just didn't have enough consistent support to be able to stay open. The business of cheese mongering requires a sanitary certified facility to package in. With the debt that has already been incurred, another build out is completely out of our reach, so partnering or continued online sales are sadly not an option. Please message us directly or call if you would like to check availability for something before we close. Thanks so much for your patronage over the years!
