While everyone is enjoying this Saturday of Labor Day weekend, the guys in the back at Jeffrey’s Seafood Wholesale are doing what they do every day—cutting and filleting some of the freshest fish we can get our hands on.

And just a few steps away at Hatteras Seafoods Retail Market, that same commitment goes into our housemade favorites. Our crab cakes, seafood salads, dips, sauces and more are made in small batches, using fresh seafood—including North Carolina seafood whenever possible.
