Fresh from our Family to Yours
Tenbarges have been farming this little slice of Gibson County for decades, and much of our garden’s produce and our herd’s meat has ended up on our own table at family gatherings and holiday celebrations.
In 2002, we decided to start sharing our fresh, farm-raised produce.
Initially a simple table and tent with just pumpkins and sweetcorn, the Farm Stand grew until 2017 when we renovated an old, white farm-shed to contain our growing selection of vegetables, canned goods, eggs, and more. Today, we sell freezer meats, canned goods and free-range eggs year-round in our Farm Stand, and we supply the Stand and several markets and vendors outside of Haubstadt with seasonal, farm-fresh produce.
We believe food should be good: all-natural, free-range, family-grown and harvested, and few - if any - chemicals. It’s the way God made food. We are just keeping his creation going (and growing!).
