Hello everyone. All of us at Palombo and Sons Produce are so excited to start the Chili Season with fresh Hatch Chili. Unfortunately due the late growing season the chili won’t be available for another week and a half. Also due to the amount of people that are reaching out to us for chili. We would like to ask everyone if you could please give us your order via pm. Please include bushel or half bushel, quantity and the Scoville (hotness). X hot, hot, medium and mild. Thanks. We can’t wait to serve you.

Ladies and gentlemen. I’m sorry to announce that the Hatch green chili won’t be ready for another two weeks. It’s a slow growing year. I’ll let you know when it’s ready.

Great news Kansas Community. We will be roasting and selling Hatch Chili beginning in July. We will also have Pueblo and Brighton chili as well. Along with our other favorites. So keep checking in!
