After many wonderful years, the time has come for Charlie’s Cheese to close its doors as we head into retirement.

When we took over in the summer of 1997, we never imagined the memories, friendships, and community that would grow from this little shop. From making fresh deli sandwiches and scooping ice cream, to slicing Wisconsin‑made cheeses we’re so proud of, it’s been an incredible journey.

We’ve also been honored over the years to cater so many weddings and special events, helping be a small part of some of life’s biggest celebrations.

We are deeply thankful to every customer who stopped in, shared a smile, and supported us over the years. You’ve made our work a true joy, and we will miss serving each and every one of you more than we can say.

From the bottom of our hearts—thank you for being part of the Charlie’s Cheese story. ❤️

We will have extended hours again starting mid-June!

We will be closing for the season early this year. Pegi will be going on a much deserved vacation! Last day will be Sunday, September 10. Come get your fix of sandwiches, ice cream & cheese! We also still have some awesome wild caught shrimp left!
