Franco's One World Sausages Franco Dunn makes classic international sausages, sold only at farmers markets in Sonoma County, and by special request.

Franco Dunn's career as a professional chef in Sonoma County started in 1983 with Jordan Winery where he was Executive Chef for five and a half years. He lived in Italy for two and a half years where he worked in fourteen different restaurants. Among these were two Michelin three star restaurants, a two star, and a one star, and many excellent trattorias. Franco has been making sausages for 30 years, and considers himself a sausage anthropologist.

Greetings my friends! Sadly health issues have Caused me to halt sausage production. I had planned to make sausages until I was, at least eighty. You, my customers, have become friends and family over the years. The hightlight of my week has been my time at the markets chatting with all of you. I will miss each and eveyone of you.

You will still see me at the Healdsburg market as a shopper. I will be the guy with the Ferarri Red walker.

Greetings! By Saturday this wretched heat wave will be gone. This weekend at the farmers mercado s we will have Provence, spicy Napolitano, Toscana and Michoacán Chorizo. Let's not let the BBQ season skip away without as many fiestas as we can fit in. Party down my friends! Let us dance with wild abandon.

Greetings my friends! This Labour Day weekend we will have a trio of grilling sausages. The first is the classic Argentine Longaniza Parrillera. Next we have Polish Kielbasa Finally we have spicy Calabrese units. There will also be Sage Country sausage.

Remember to honor our workers this weekend. They are the back bone of our nation. Avanti Popolo!

Salve Amici!This weekend at the farmer markets we will have Texas Links made with Salmon Creek Ranch highland cross beef. There will also be Southern Calabrese sausage with pinot grigio, cumin, garlic and Calabrian chilies. Lastly we have French Farmers Sausage with sauvignon blanc, tarragon, parsley, chives and garlic.

After collapsing at last Saturday's Healdsburg Farmers Mercado this Saturday I will make my triumphant return! There will be Northern Italian Mantuano, spicy Calabrese and Michoacán Chorizo. This weekend looks to be perfect for grilling and outdoor activities.

Greetings My Friends! This weekend at the farmers mercados we will have a trio of succulent Italian units. From Southern Italy we will have Greca with fennel, orange and lemon zests, garlic, oregano and pinot grigio. The middle of Italy is represented by Toscana with Zinfandel, mace, coriander, garlic and black pepper. Finally, from the north we have Salamelle di Lombardia with garlic, clove, cinnamon, black pepper and garlic.

Hopefull this weekend I will have a very special guest visiting the Franco's One World Sausage Pavillion.

This weekend could be HUGE for grilling and gay comraderie!

Salve Amici! This weekend at the farmers markets we will have the exotic and slightly piquant Yucatan Longaniza, French Farmer's Sausage, Spicy Napolitano and Sage Country Sausage.

It is starting to get hotter than blazes again. Remember to stay hydrated my friends. A reminder to you dog owners, our canine friends do not wear shoes. Please be careful when walking them on hot pavement. For the love of all that's Holy do not leave them in your vehicals!

Greetings Amici! We have an international array of sausages this 4th of July weekend. Representing Argentina we have Chorizo Parrillera. We have mild Italian units made with fresh wild fennel picked by the sausage maker. Next we have Polish Kielbasa, a bbq favorite. Finally, from France, there will be Toulouse.

The weather this weekend will be perfect for celebrating with friends and family.

Greetings Dear Friends! In our state of the art production facility, hidden deep under Fitch Mountain, our crack team of Encased Meat Professionals have developed, yet another new unit. This weekend we will be debuting our new Indian Curry Sausage. Thiese exotic units will be lightly spicy and with contain Madras curry paste, heart friendly turmeric, onion, peas, Yukon gold potato, clilantro and coconut milk. We are hoping that these sausages will meet your high standards and will become a regular addition to our rotation.There will also be Sage Country Sausage with lemon zest, Wild Fennel Italian Sausage and spicy Calabrese.

These are difficult times. We have a heat wave here in Sonoma County, gun violence in our Nation and political unrest and a covid epedidemic. Please be patient and kind to your fellow citizens. We are all in the same boat.

Greetings Amigos! How about those NBA champion Golden State Warriors? These hard working intrepid lads refused to be denied!

This weekend at the markets we will have French Farmers units with tarragon, chives, parsley, chives and chardonnay. There will be Toscana, Calabrese and Michoacan Chorizo as well.

Please let me know what kind of sausages that you would like to have for the 4th of July weekend. Polish? Bratwurst? Argentine? Ask and you may receive!
