Tuesday Vendor Spotlight: Edgeworks 🔪

Operated by Art Downing, Edgeworks is a Sonoma County sharpening service specializing in kitchen knives, gardening tools, scissors, shears, and more. Art’s passion for sharpening began about 50 years ago, when his grandfather first taught him how to sharpen a pocket knife. That early lesson grew into a lifelong fascination with the craft.

You’ll find Art at our Tuesday Market, so bring along your tired, dull knives and tools and let him give them new life while you shop.

There are just THREE more weeks of Tuesday Market left this year! So if you’ve been meaning to get those knives, scissors, or garden tools sharpened, now’s the time.

We’ll see you tomorrow at the Tuesday Market, 9am–1pm at the Foley Family Community Pavilion.

3 MORE WEEKS!!

Hey Tuesday Market Friends,

We have a handful of markets left, and they will be beautiful ones! Packed with produce and lots of delicious foods!

Tomorrow we have Hector's Honey back, and we also have the return of Doll's Kitchen, with her insanely delicious cookies! We've been missing Extraordinary Blends vinegar and oils, and they're returning too!

Our wonderful KNIFE SHARPENER, ART, WILL BE BACK THIS WEEK! We apologize for his last minute cancellation due to illness last Tuesday. He's healthy and fine. Phew! REMEMBER HE ONLY COMES TO THIS MARKET, AND WE ONLY HAVE 3 MORE WEEKS OF HIS SERVICES THIS YEAR!

The delightful Hank Levine will be playing and singing tomorrow, so come sing along. You're guaranteed to know many of his songs.

Hey Market Friends,

Tomorrow we have a lively market, with all your favorites, and some NEW vendors too!!

Welcome to Hei Ma, a delightful chili crisp company who used to do our market a few years ago under the name Big Spoon Sauce Co. If you've been longing for their sauces all this time...they're back! (But just 1x/month, so grab it when you can!).

We're also welcoming Petaluma-based Spring Hill Cheese Company. We're heartbroken to lose Valley Ford Cheese, as they were with our market for many many years, but Spring Hill has some similar cheeses, and many other options too. They have butter as well!

Ji's Kim Chi is coming tomorrow for her 1x/month appearance, so it looks like a spicy week ahead!

Speaking of spicy, we're always happy to have a rare appearance of the Cloverdale Jazz Collective...spicy indeed!

In case you missed it, apparently it was Schnitzel Day a few days ago...So indulge at the market with our famous schnitzel makers, Tisza Bistro!

The weather looks pretty chill...maybe a bit of wind, but sunny and beautiful. See you there!

4 MORE WEEKS!

Market Friends,

We have one month left of our delightful Tuesday market! We close the end of September.

This is a gem of a market, if you haven't been. A dozen produce vendors, so lots of veggies and fruits, along with seafood (yes, Anna's does this market too!), excellent meats, lots of baked goods, including Quail and Condor, and delicious food options to eat at the market. It's a lot less crowded than Saturday, so getting that morning cup of coffee doesn't take twenty minutes. AND OUR KNIFE SHARPENER ONLY DOES THIS MARKET!

We have a couple of 'special guest' vendors, who may do just this Tuesday, or be with us through the end of the season. Welcome to HECTOR'S HONEY and RAINY DAY CHOCOLATE.

Dave Hamilton will regale us with his folky tunes, the sun will be in full shine, and we'll be so happy to see you. Get yourself down here! 9am-1pm.

Hey Market Friends!

Happy Labor Day weekend! We couldn't ask for more perfect weather...a high of 74, so cool and comfortable. Just what we need to hang out with friends and family.

We have a few vendors missing, or gone completely, so here's the scoop...First of all, it's the end of peach season, friends. I know you don't want to hear this, but Dry Creek Peach is done for the year. There may be a few peaches lingering, but time to move on to figs, apples, pears, and coming soon, persimmons and citrus. And strawberries! We still have an abundance of those!

And sadly, Valley Ford Cheese is out for awhile, if not the rest of the season. They're employee and production challenged.

We welcome a new vendor this week: Golden State Pickleworks is a lot more than their name. Sauerkraut, dressings, hot sauce, mustard, and other condiments, make them a nice addition. They're coming once a month, so grab their goods while you can.

California Balsamic is out this week, as is Anna Cadd's Irises, but we should have a happenin' market other than these missing vendors.

Joyride is the band this week, and their name says it all!

Tuesday Vendor Spotlight: Little Saint Farm 🌱

If you’ve spent any time in downtown Healdsburg, chances are you’re familiar with Little Saint . A 100% plant-based restaurant, coffee bar, wine lounge, cocktail bar, and community gathering space all under one roof.

And just a few miles away along Westside Road, you’ll find Little Saint Farm !

Founded in 2020, the 8-acre regenerative farm transformed a former vineyard into a thriving ecosystem of vegetables, herbs, fruits, and more than 200 varieties of flowers. Using minimal tillage, cover crops, compost, and other regenerative practices, the farm is focused on building healthy soil, supporting biodiversity, and growing beautiful, flavorful food.

We’re also especially grateful to have Little Saint as both a vendor and sponsor this year, helping to support the community that makes our market possible.

September is our last month of the Tuesday market for the year, so come on down, say hello to the Little Saint Farm team, and see what’s fresh from the farm.

TOMORROW WE'RE BACK FOR ANOTHER GREAT TUESDAY MARKET! THIS IS OUR LAST MONTH!

We know there are many of you who love this market, and having the option of mid-week shopping in a less crowded and frenetic environment. Though still a bustling, fun place to shop, this market is much quieter: especially when the kids go back to school. It's why we close it after this month. Once the families are no longer attending, it slows down for our vendors. So please take advantage of this market's last month, and come shop!!

A REMINDER TO BRING YOUR KNIVES., SCISSORS AND OTHER TOOLS (Pizza Cutters, anyone?)!! Art only comes to this market!

Swing 42, with their upbeat Django music, will be our performers this week.

The weather is oddly cool, which is better than the blazing heat one expects this time of year, but it is a tad confusing. Wear a jacket...see you there!
