In case anybody ever wondered how big my beef jerky pieces are, well, this is how big they are, and yes, they do get bigger, because here in Texas, everything is bigger, and size, well, size does matter. 😉😉😉

Hey everyone, just letting everyone know that I will be getting a lot more meat tomorrow to make more beef jerky, so I will be back in business. I hadn’t been selling for a while because the cost of meat and high prices have made it really hard and difficult to restock, but I will be back in business this weekend.
