Hey everyone, I wanted to give you all an honest update.

At this time we are completely out of product and we do not have an ETA on when we will be restocking. Due to the rising cost of meat and supplies, we are taking a break from production.

I truly appreciate every single person who has supported us, shared our posts, and bought a bag. It means the world to me and my family.

I will post right here on this page as soon as we are back up and running. Please keep an eye on our page for future updates.

First and foremost, thank you. Thank you for every order, every message, every share, and every bit of support you have shown South Texas Beef Jerky.

I wanted to take a moment to give you all an honest update. As many of you know, I run this business on my own, and as much as I love making jerky for y'all, the cost of quality beef and supplies has gotten extremely high. Due to some recent financial hardships, I have had to temporarily pause production. It has been a very tough decision.

Please know that I have NOT closed, and I have not forgotten about any of you. South Texas Beef Jerky is still here. I am working hard behind the scenes to get things back on track so I can bring back the fresh, quality jerky you know and love.

Your patience, understanding, and continued support mean more to me than you will ever know. Please stay tuned here on the page for updates I will be back.

In case anybody ever wondered how big my beef jerky pieces are, well, this is how big they are, and yes, they do get bigger, because here in Texas, everything is bigger, and size, well, size does matter. 😉😉😉
