We are so excited about the fun goodies we found at this week! Our new location will be stock with all these new fun things to elevate any cheese situation you are lucky enough to find yourself in 🤗

From today until the end of January we will have all retail items 30% off!

Jan 31st will be our last day at our current location until our new move. You won’t see our faces for a month but you can still come and stock up with enough rations to get you through until we get to see you again on Main Street Helen!

To all of our favorite cheese lovers, we want to say the biggest THANK YOU for supporting us and our passion to spread the cheese gospel! Without you we wouldn’t be able to announce that we will be moving locations! Our newest adventure has us coming to Main Street Helen in Spring of 2026! While our shop will be smaller in size, our specialty and artisan cheese selection will be bigger. We have had the best 6 years at our current location and while we are sad to announce that we will no longer be making sandwiches…

We hope you will follow us to our little shop on the corner in 2026 to chat cheese with us! Charcuterie will continue because let’s face it.. cheese can stand alone but it sure tastes good with a few cured meats on the side! A new adventure with the same passion to bring the romance of cheese into your lives.. we are the Chattahoochee CHEESE market so you better BRIElieve we are motivated to help you find your perfect wedge! Stay tuned for more exciting updates from the cheese chicks.

We will be OPEN at our current location all the way up to a week before we move. We have much more exciting news and updates coming soon about our future plans, products, and our continued belief in the power of cheese. 🧀

This family is the epitome of positivity and commitment to their customers and while they navigate this unimaginable time we would love for you to visit their tasting room that will still be open in Helen.

This is a semi-soft bodied cheese made from sheep and goats milk! This gal is a Wisconsin-take on a french Morbier cheese. With one layer of sheep’s cheese, a grape vine ash layer, and a goat’s cheese layer.
