We finished up 40 hogs yesterday for private owners. Today we are cutting 4 beef. Smoking more hams this afternoon so we can finish up the rest of the Madison County fair hogs.

Hog sale UPDATE
If your order was placed July 1st or 2nd, you are part of the extended sale. We squeezed a few extra pigs into todays kill schedule. There are 15 more that will be dispatched next Wednesday. Then we are picking up the remainder next week to be dispatched the following week. Our plan right now is to have everything done in 3 weeks. That might change a little, but that is our plan right now. Thanks for your patience! Regular price would be around $950, so it's worth the wait!🙂😀🤑
