Vendor of the Week: Mattie’s Strudel Haus 🥐

This week we’re highlighting Mattie’s Strudel Haus, a family business keeping the tradition of authentic Hungarian strudel making alive through generations. Third-generation strudel artist Kelly Vlasics learned the craft from her mother and beloved grandmother, Mattie, whose recipes and techniques continue to inspire every batch.

Each strudel is carefully hand-stretched and made completely from scratch using family recipes for the fillings. Their frozen “take & bake” style makes it easy to enjoy fresh, homemade strudel whenever and wherever you’d like!

Be sure to stop by the market this Saturday to support this special family tradition, and don’t miss their live strudel stretching demonstration on May 31st! 🤍
