If you know Jessica, you definitely have tried the incredible flavors of sourdough bread that she has crafted!

Cranberry Jalapeno, Green Olive, and Ginger Pear are just a few that will make your mouth do a happy dance.

And of course she makes Blueberry Coffee Cake Scones and Dark Chocolate Chunk Strawberry Sourdough cookies as well.

If you haven't tried these yet, she is in the market this evening and tomorrow morning giving out samples of all these and more!

So many people have learned how crucial it is for us to eat clean local food, and there are surprising parallels with flowers.

Cheap flowers at big stores typically come from Ecuador and are sprayed with a potent cocktail of nasty chemicals.

That's why we are so happy to have a local flower farm who uses organic, regenerative methods to produce beautiful flowers and herbs.

These are fresh, local, and seasonal, so they will always be changing month to month and even week to week!
