We are currently taking orders for early February 2026. We offer both custom and USDA packaged farm raised beef. We are accepting deposits on our standard half and whole beef offerings. Also with the new year we now are offering the following order options:
•Quarter Beef
•100lbs Hamburger Box
•20lbs Variety Box (containing 10-12lbs Hamburger and a mix of the following various cuts: Beef Tenderloin, Rib Eye, New York, Flank, Flat Iron, Skirt, Top Sirloin Steak, Cube Steak, Tri-Tip, London Eye, Brisket, Sirloin Tip, Chuck Roast, Short Rib, Boneless Short Rib, Stew, Hanger Steak, or Soup Bones)

If anyone is needing round bale hay, we have 4x5 ($40) and 5x5 ($45) net wrap fescue. Clean hay, fertilized heavy. Hay is located in Henagar, Sylvania and Fyffe. May consider hauling for a fee.
