Well today was the last opening day of Sugg’s General Store, I am very happy I got to see so many of my customers today I got to see almost all of my kiddos I’m just now getting ready to close for the last time, it’s been a super busy day and I am worn out to say the least ! But my heart is full and it’s time for me to kick back and relax, thank you to everyone that came and hung out with me today I really enjoyed talking to everyone, even all my four legged friends came and seen me, (Prince,Francis, Izzy , Marcus,)I’m truly gonna miss everyone greatly!

Just to let everyone know it looks like I have sold the store. If everything goes to plan Tuesday Jan 13 will be my last day and we will close the rest of that week and reopen Monday Jan 19, with the new owners. I would really like for you to stop in Tuesday if you can so I can see everybody 1 last time. I would like to thank all my amazing customers that I have that has supported me through this journey. It has been an amazing time , but with my health and a couple other things it’s just time for me to move on! I will miss everyone greatly. I spent 4 years remodeling and setting up this store to put the heartbeat back in it and save the place, it was in really bad shape when I bought it and probably wasn’t far from just being knocked down and I didn’t want that. I love this store and would like for everyone to continue to support it and the new owners so it can stay open another 100 years. AGAIN THANK YOU, for helping me fulfill a dream of owning a general store just like my Grandad!!!

Ok we are doing a last minute thing here by special request we are gonna smoke ky legend hams for Christmas they are around 6-8 pds they will be $60, so get your order in by the dec 22nd I will smoke them on the dec 23rd and you can pick them up on the dec 24th Christmas Eve.
